  1. Product Owner

    Mar 2026 – Jul 2026

    Mantu Group · Ho Chi Minh City

    Owned the AI backlog for 5 products in the applicant-tracking pipeline — sourcing, matching, tracking, rating, hiring — with a 7-person Scrum team. Single point of contact for the data team, the Head of HR and 150+ recruiters across Germany, Spain, Sweden, the US, Vietnam and China. Ran recruiter discovery that became the foundation of the H2 2026 roadmap.

  2. AI Product Owner

    Jul 2025 – Feb 2026

    Functional AI Partners · Singapore & Ho Chi Minh City

    Owned discovery-to-delivery for 4 AI products with 3 distributed teams of 12–15 developers, working with C-level stakeholders across China, Japan, Singapore and Vietnam. Wrote the PRDs, user stories and agent specs that served as the single source of truth for developers and clients.

    May 2024 – Jul 2025

    Delivered M&A Daily News end-to-end, from market research and user discovery to launch. Partnered with the C-suite on data-driven roadmap prioritization and integrated 5+ third-party APIs.
